Failure to contact us in time to allow for the correction and re-sending of the final documents could result in the loss or cancellation of your reservation, tickets or services listed on the documents and for which Tour Operator will not be responsible. In such a case, no refunds will be possible.

ERRORS

In case of printing, typographical error, computer error, verbal or human billing error, we reserve the right to invoice or re-invoice participants with corrected billing.

VISAS ;& PASSPORTS

Customer is responsible for obtaining and paying for all visas and entry documents, for meeting all health and other requirements, and for any documents required by the laws, regulations, orders, and/or requirements of the countries visited. Non-U.S. citizens must consult with appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are needed and are responsible for obtaining all visas and entry documents independently. Tour Operator is not responsible for providing specific visa and passport information or documentation and Tour Operator cannot accept liability for any passenger refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to failure of the passenger to carry correct documentation. All passengers traveling internationally are required to have a passport.

NOTE: NAMES MUST MATCH PASSPORT- The name given on the Tour Operator booking must match the name on your passport, and in-turn, the name on your air ticket or any other tour documentation. Any variation between the spelling of the name on the passport and Tour documents may require re-ticketing, often at the cost of a completely new ticket.

ACCOMMODATIONS

The accommodations listed on the website/brochure are intended to be used on all departures; however, if a change becomes necessary for any reason, the accommodations substituted will be equivalent to those shown. In very rare cases, and through no fault of Tour Operator, the reserved hotel may be overbooked upon arrival. The overbooked hotel will offer a similar or superior accommodation at no extra charge. If the alternate accommodation is not accepted, Tour Operator reserves the right to offer a full refund of such accommodation without rebooking.

All accommodations are arranged as stated within your hotel booking vouchers. Hotel rooms in Europe are typically smaller and less standardized than those in the United States and do not always offer air conditioning. Please note that a “twin room” generally includes two twin beds placed side by side. Single rooms often only include one twin bed and are smaller than twin sized rooms. Triple and Quad rooms may also be available. They usually consist of a twin bedded room with an additional folding bed or cot for the third person or two double beds which may not be comfortable for three and four adults.

Please note that accommodation check-in times vary. It is standard hotel policy that hotel check-in is generally not possible before 2:00 p.m.

BAGGAGE

It is suggested that each independent tour member is limited to one large suitcase and one small carry on due to limited baggage area on trains and transfers. For some airlines and taxi/coach transfers, extra luggage may be subject to an extra charge due on the spot.

UNUSED TOUR ELEMENTS

No refund will be given for any unused tour features, whether because of customer’s choice, operational reasons, because of bad weather or any other reason.

FEES FOR CANCELED LAND SERVICES

There is no additional charge for adding services to your itinerary at any time, beyond the cost of the extra services. If you cancel your complete land reservation, cancellation charges will apply (Note: Add-on Air, Car and Rail services may have different cancellation penalties). The amount of refund is shown below. Refunds are based on the number of days from the time Tour Operator is notified of your cancellation to the start of the services provided. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU PURCHASE TRIP CANCELLATION AND TRAVEL INSURANCE .

Refunds based on Days Prior to Start of Services:

  • Up to 30 days - 90% of total travel services refundable
  • 30 to 7 days - 50% of total travel services refundable
  • 7 days or less - Non-refundable

REFUNDS ;& COMPLAINTS

We urge you to work with us in correcting the problem when it occurs instead of dealing with it after you return home. Speak to your hotel front desk manager, your local tour guide, driver, or other local supplier representative. Your travel documents will also have contact numbers for help in resolving problems.

If a refund is warranted, it is under the express condition that you release us from all further liability and you thereby waive all additional rights and remedies under this contract or any applicable state, federal or foreign law.
