ItaliaPass is a membership program that strives to provide unique and valuable benefits for its members by working with many different suppliers and vendors. As such, ItaliaPass acts only as an agent and has no control over, nor responsibility for, the provision of the benefits listed on this site. All benefits are accepted and vouchers are issued on the express condition that ItaliaPass is not responsible nor liable for any loss (consequential or otherwise) damage (including, but not limited to, loss of, or damage to members' clothes, baggage, property, whatsoever); death, injury, delay, inconvenience or irregularity caused by, or arising from, or in connection with, any defect in any vehicle or other land or sea conveyance used, rented, or traveled in; or through the negligence, willful misconduct, strikes, or other acts, defaults, or omissions of any carrier, car rental or other provider of goods and services.
Every membership and benefit accepted is subject to the conditions, tariffs and regulations imposed by the partner rail, shipping, bus, car rental, car insurance, tour operators, shops, restaurants or other companies, firms, or persons concerned.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary travel documents, visas and reservation confirmations.
It is possible to change the name of your membership once within the first month of purchase. Your membership is valid for two adults traveling together, plus up to 2 children. Due to the valuable benefits immediately available, all ItaliaPass memberships are refundable less the value of whatever benefits have been realized.When your payment and membership has been confirmed, you will have access to the private members area where you can download and print your membership proof in the My ItaliaPass section. You will also have access to a wide variety of member benefits, including exclusive Italy travel information and discount savings on Tours, Hotels, Car Rentals, Activities, Shops, Restaurants and other travel benefits.
Access to the Members area and use of the benefit discounts is for the specific use of its members. Member information is strictly confidential and cannot be shared with non-members.
REFUNDS & CHANGES
- Due to the immediate availability of member savings and discounts, all ItaliaPass memberships are refundable less the value of whatever benefits have been realized. Name changes can be made within 1 month of purchase, subject to the original membership date and terms.
- Cancellations, change terms and availability for individual benefits are subject to the specific terms of each partner and supplier.
Prices and Benefits are subject to change without prior notice.
