Disputes

ItaliaPass make every effort to resolve your complaints to your satisfaction. You agree that any review, comment, complaint or reference you post to any forum will be accurate, factual and fair to our employees and to ItaliaPass.

Some jurisdictions (including Quebec) do not permit mandatory arbitration of consumer disputes or choice of governing law, so this clause may not apply to you.

If any dispute or controversy shall arise out of or relating to the interpretation, implementation or performance of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions, you agree that such dispute shall be resolved by arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, including the AAA’s Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes. Unless otherwise required by law, these terms and conditions are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts and of the laws of the United States applicable therein, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law. To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim to PO BOX 428, Franklin, MA 02038, USA.
